Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia is looking for Product Communication Specialist
The key tasks that a sales communications coordinatos performs include overseeing all sales external communications for a company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.
Track all media, press releases, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination of marketing material and media requests for sales products
• Managing all press releases and digital social medial
• Coordination with external agency: creation, briefing of agencies, editing of articles, aligning with appropriate par-ties, connecting with web and design agencies, sending out new press releases.
• Developing brochures, flyers, posters and other material photos, videos, animations: Lead of design agencies and photographers
• Integration of relevant AMP the external website, coordination with web and design agencies
• Support and update sales presentations for sales team, product management and key executives with active using AI (artificial intelligence)
• Coordination of Sample Store: strategy, implementation, update, report, monitoring of stock
• Management of company events (eg fairs, customer) to support the marketing and company's strategy
• Represent Ardagh Group in the industry organisation "Metal Packaging Europe" (MPE), support of MPE's social media campaign and other request
• Single point of reference for all external sales communications activities for the AMP division
• Approval for all external sales marketing material within the AMP division
Key Requierement:
• Successfully completed MSc/BSc studies with journalism, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, communication and good understanding of processes in B2B customer, Sales and Marketing
• High proficiency in English skills (written and verbal) and an international mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills are essential.
• Must possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media.
• Self-motivated, pro-active with a positive and professional approach
• Networking skills, relationship and stakeholder skills, team-player
