Job Purpose:

Junior Billing Specialist are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures and great attention to detail. They are able to support and complete day to day transaction of invoicing and financial reporting of processes related to managed TMF clients for all service lines. The goal is to ensure the company charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner as per contract/agreement/CRN in accordance with agreed turnaround time and quality along with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. This person will be part of the Invoicing team and will take care of billing activities for TMF's clients;
2. Assist and prepare client and internal billing processes, invoice validation and approval wherever applicable, support on debtor coordination activities;
3. Monitor financial aspects in contracts (wherever applicable) to ensure billing is in line with agreed contracts;
4. Establish and maintain relationship with respective TMF Local offices & other group functions by serving as a single point of contact for all billing related matter for clients;
5. Submit invoices (wherever applicable) to clients through email/ client portal;
6. Maintain and publish MIS information on regular intervals with all the relevant stakeholders;
7. Ability to perform other duties as required by business needs.

Key Requirements:

1. University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience preferable on Shared Service Centers/ BPM/ BPO's;
3. General knowledge and understanding of contract setup and maintenance. Experience in Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable will be preferred;
4. Person should be able to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness;
5. Experience with data entry, high level of accuracy and assertiveness;
6. Ability to complete a variety of related task and pro-actively problem solving;
7. Facility to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines and understand new ideas and concepts quickly;
8. Proficient skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essentials;
9. Exposure to ERP's like Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365, Enate will be preferred;
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
11. Good command of English (both verbal and written).
