- Focusing on driving outbound sales into new markets & geographies through your professional network or bespoke search initiatives
- Managing the business development process from prospecting & negotiation to closure in assigned territory (including but not limited to cold calling, networking-selling, email campaigns, corporate conferences, and trade shows)
- Working with the Client Management function to proactively engage the portfolio of clients that you bring into the business
- Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turning them into WeavePay account holders
- Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers, venture capital platforms, start-up incubators, and other holistic professional services.
- Working with leadership and the product team to strategize on how best to roll out existing and new products
- Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven outbound sales experience in banks, fin-tech, and any B2B financial companies
- Experience working across global markets, preferably in the EU and the UK
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent English language skills. A good command of any second other European language will be a plus. WE OFFER YOU:
