Marija Djukic

• Hi :) my name is Marija Djukic and I am 28 years old. I was born in Montenegro, but I live in Serbia at the moment.
   
• Graduated from the Faculty of Philology “FILUM” in Kragujevac, department of Spanish Language and Hispanic Literature.  I've finished third year of studies in Spain and got to know people and customs better  as well as improved my Spanish
   
• After graduating, I used to work on short translation projects and gave online classes in Spanish and Montenegrin on the “iTalki” online platform
   
• My last and most recent experience is working for Amazon as Customer Support Associate in the beginning and then as a BackUp Team Lead where I really learned a lot about client satisfaction, empathy, professional and efficient response to all inquiries from clients.
   
• I am a very open-minded person, I like to learn new things constantly and I adapt quickly. I like organization and like to do my tasks as efficiently as possible.
  I love to work in an environment where it is possible to upgrade professionally and you are always learning, so I'm in love with trainings and presentations.
   
• What I would like to learn and improve in the future is digital marketing, so I am currently on a mini-course for the aforementioned :)
