I am a Master of Science in Engineering Technologist, in the field of food science. I got academic education at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technology in Serbia, established in 1959.
As a person with 17 years of experience in the field of food science and industry from process production, laboratory testing to implementation and quality control ISO standards (9001, 22000, 45001, 14001) and HACCP principles in the bakery and dairy industries.
Also, I have a lot of experience in field safety and health at work.
