Senior Data Engineer - Belgrade

Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build data tools that will be used across the company and by various other teams across different data domains
• Design and develop the data integration pipelines for the collection, storage and transformation of our data assets in the data lake and DWH using GCP-native tools and technology
• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of the data infrastructure including orchestration of the cloud infrastructure, documentation, checks on data quality and operational efficiency
• Contribute and help us build and improve data products (transformations, dashboards, logical data warehouse models etc.)
• Support initiatives around personalisation, targeting, experimentation, and data activation across marketing channel
• Collaborate across analytics, product, and ML teams to enable end-to-end data workflows and create datasets for ML readiness
• Optimise cost-performance trade-offs across GCP services, enforce efficient partitioning, clustering, and storage practices in BigQuery
• Setup data pipelines between Data Lake and Customer Data Platform providing real time data for personalisation and automation of communication between our business and our users
• Validate, tracks and integrates data coming from different sources and use them to create analytics applications that are easy to understand and are highly scalable
