    Your Role

    Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Resolving issues and requests reported by key or end-users by analysing flows between different systems and applications
    • Reporting bugs to the developers or project teams
    • Regression and bug testing
    • Monitoring the system performances to prevent issues before they affect daily operations
    • Communicating with users and internal teams about the releases and major incidents
    • Participation and leading the meetings (including presentation preparation)
    • Participating in the implementation of the solution and managing system set ups enabling roll-outs of new users

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • We are looking for analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented individual who is also responsible and dedicated team player
    • Good command of English and German language and basic knowledge of MS Office
