- Update & set up Learning content based on global Learning concepts delivered by the global Talent Development CoE
- Apply corporate design guidelines to Learning deliverables and maintain content design templates for various formats
- Coordinate content updates in SAP SuccessFactors
- Contribute to the promotion of global Learning activities
- Support the enablement of managers and employees with regard to global Learning policies, standards, processes and tools
- Ensures adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies
- Resolve tickets related to Learning content routed from the HR SSC Tier 1.1.
- Support with administrative tasks and contribute to global talent related projects
- Connect with global Learning & Development community
- Successful completion of Economics and / or educational studies related to personnel (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, IT)
- Professional experience in HR topics, administrational tasks and Learning Management Systems – SAP SuccessFactors. Knowledge and experience about SAP Enable Now will be an advantage.
- Experience in modern Talent Management, Learning, Development solutions and processes
- Experience with maintaining content on global Learning Platforms
- Knowledge in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent, structured, precise way of working and hands-on mentality
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Learning tools and technologies
- Business fluent in English; other language skills like German are welcome
