    Your role & responsibilities:

    • As an IT Project Lead SuccessFactors you will be responsible for the implementation of Global HR Processes supervising the progress of the project with respect to quality, timelines & strategy.
    • You will be responsible for project initiation, planning and consulting during the project lifecycle of requirement definition, vendor selection, conception, technical concept development & change management.
    • Advice the implementation of business requirements, including process analysis and system configuration of the modules onboarding, recruiting, learning, performance management, compensation with a special focus on best practice, system standards and operating conditions
    • Managing project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management
    • Makes project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed
    • Owns the IT authority over respective HR Cloud applications
    • Architecture ownership (Big Picture, roadmap, efficient use)
    • Cloud Advisor for HR business and Process Owners
    • Contribute ideas for the continuous further development of the cloud solution
    • Ensure consistent processes across solution from technical perspective (Change Management, Release Management)
    • Manage HR Cloud Service contracts, Integrate with IT central service management incl. commercials

    Your skills & strengths:

    • Bachelor's degree in economic computer science or similar
    • Min. 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors project implementation and maintenance
    • HR Cloud Project Management experience and passionate about digital transformation in HR
    • Excellent understanding of end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
    • Certification in any of the SuccessFactors modules PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding & Recruiting is a plus
    • Several years of relevant professional experience in managing comprehensive (IT) projects, project management and international IT project experience
    • Very good organizational skills including the capability of setting priorities; accurate and detail-focused without being a perfectionist
    • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
    • Good functional knowledge of the HCM systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • English language skills on min. B2 level(German will be a plus)
